My  name  is  Stephen  Ayling and  I have been  in  the construction  for  over twenty years , building  houses and apartments in the U. K. and Europe.

For the past 4 years Hua Hin has been my home where, we have established a small successful family-run business constructing houses using my experience from the UK to build better homes here in Thailand.

We use high grade building materials in the construction of our properties, for example using a 20 cm cast cement block to the same standard as Europe.  Most Thai buildings are built using a 6 cm  clay-fired brick which can deteriorate within  5 - 6 years.   All of our block work is bonded and tied in with a concrete ring beam connecting to all main stanchions, ensuring a stronger structure. We use heat reflecting silver film under the roof tiles for roof ventilation, resulting in a cooler house and energy conservation.

All of our houses come complete with European kitchens including ovens, hobs and extraction hoods with your choice of work top and colours available from our catalogue.  All houses come complete with air-conditioning, ceiling fans and a choice of floor and bathroom tiles, again available from our catalogue. We also include a hot water system.

Your 12 x 4 meter swimming pool comes complete with built-in lights and a 6 jet Jacuzziwhich comes with a 10 year guarantee on the structure and 1 year on the pump.

The landscaped garden and terraced walkways have a sand-washed finish, leading down to the driveway and gated entrance.

On all of Orchid Homes’ projects we install a permanent 24 hour security service. All homes come with a free one year pest control service and we can also offer a European wireless security system.
